Staying comfortable in pregnancy

There are so many changes to our bodies in pregnancy and some of them can make us super uncomfortable. I asked the Kiwi Birth Tales & Your Birth Project followers for their recommendations on products that helped keep them comfortable or that they couldn’t live without in pregnancy.. Here they are:

#1 Pure Mama Belly Oil
#2 Pregnancy Pillow
#3 Large drink bottle
#4 Comfortable bra (lots of Mamas using Maternity / Breastfeeding bra in pregnancy)
#5 Comfortable underwear - leakproof or period underwear at end of third trimester

Some other things that also featured were a Wheat Pack for those aches and pains (also good for labour), pregnancy-safe essential oils, a yummy pregnancy tea or Hydration mix e.g. Franjos Kitchen and a support belt for growing bumps.

I put together some of my faves into this pregnancy toolkit for ultimate comfort in pregnancy.

Don’t forget to check out the Your Birth Project course as part of your pregnancy toolkit to learn comfort methods you can start using in pregnancy and for your birth.
