How long do I have access after I buy?

12 months from the date of purchase. Your access will expire after this as the course will be continuously updated. You can access the course as many times as you like in that 12 month period.

How much is the course?

Will I be hypnotised?

No, Your Birth Project focusses on practical comfort techniques and although the goal is to be in a relaxed and calm state of mind, hypnosis is not the method used for this.

Is the course only for a drug free Vaginal birth?

No! Absolutely not. Your Birth Project will give you relaxation and comfort techniques to use in any kind of birth experience, leaving you feeling in control and empowered.
