“I initially did YBP at 32 weeks, but redid it at 40 weeks with my husband. We practiced the mantras and sayings along with position options so that I could focus on getting through and he could support me and advocate for me. It gave us both the power to be brave and bold! YBP gave me the tools to thrive during a difficult induction, labour and birth and come out the other side loving the experience. I also used the guided meditation to do lots of birth vusualisation and mental prep which I think really helped.”
